Popcorn

The Grand Canyon Council Popcorn Sales is one of two council-approved fundraisers (the other is Camp Cards). Scouts can earn a portion of each sale to be used for Scouting events and to offset the cost of registration.

 

Fry’s Storefront Sales Dates

  • 9/14 – 9/16 First Fry’s storefront sale

  • Second Fry’s storefront sale
    DATES BEING FINALIZED ONE OF THE BELOW; Awaiting Clarification

    • 9/21 – 9/16 Second Fry’s storefront sale – TENTATIVE

    • 9/28 – 9/30 Second Fry’s storefront sale – TENTATIVE

  • 10/12 – 10/14 Third Fry’s storefront sale

Popcorn Schedule

  • 10/22 Show and Sell money Due to Council.  Previously ordered popcorn to be paid for.
  • 10/22 Take Orders Due (popcorn requested/sold, but not delivered yet.  Last chance to order popcorn)
  • 11/9 Take Order Distribution (Final popcorn shipment arrives)
  • 11/30 Take Order Money Due (final payment date, if not already resolved)
  • 12/15 Prize Orders Due, last day.  Note that you can turn this in any time after your Unit has reconciled
