2019 Training Requirements

Your new leaders are nervous, which can lead to very quick leader burn-out or worse.  Start them on training immediately. The training requirements are laid out in a schedule that makes sense and gives your leaders the confidence that they can do this.  Trained leaders mean fewer mishaps, more skill, and more important happier leaders.

Nearly all training is available online.  Opportunities to take instructor lead training to happen every month.  There is no excuse. “Every Scout deserves a Trained Leader.” You do too.  You owe to yourself to be trained. Leadership should be fun. Learn how to have fun.  Go To my.scoutng.org and create your account today.
